ORDERS
- All orders placed with BlackTraxStore.com, constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on Blacktraxstore.com.
- BlackTraxStore.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. BlackTraxStore.com does not accept Personal Checks.
- International Orders - these orders must be PREPAID Money Order or Wire Transfer. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for bank information.
- Group buys, unless otherwise specified, requires a 50% minimum deposit at the time of order.
- Backorders - If products in your order are not in stock, they will be placed on back order from the manufacturer for you. Backorder items are items in short supply and will be shipped as soon as product becomes available. Please contact us to verify back order status.
- Prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the application of all parts before installation.
SHIPPING
- BlackTraxStore.com attempts to ship orders within 24-48 hours of being placed, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Orders are shipped on weekdays during normal business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business weekday.
- All shipments within the immediate 48 U.S. states are shipped via preferred USPS or UPS Ground service. International Orders - Alternative air expedite service can be requested at an additional cost. Please Contact a representative for a quote.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, 2nd Day Air Service will be utilized.
- For orders over 150 pounds, BlackTraxStore.com will ship via common carrier truck. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 20% restock fee, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. BlackTraxStore.com reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s) at any time.
CANCEL ORDER/RETURN POLICY
- No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special orders, custom orders, electrical items, clearance items and/or used parts unless otherwise specified.
- Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to 35% restock fee of the price of the item and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are NOT refundable.
- All refused items will are subject to 35% restock fee of the price of the item.
- All products sold by BlackTraxStore.com are covered under a 30 day guarantee against manufacturer defects. BlackTraxStore.com reserves the right to VOID any guarantees and refuse reimbursement on mishandled, installed or used products.
- Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or BlackTraxStore.com restrictions.
- All product returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) issued by BlackTraxStore.com. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA#. RMA validity is 15 days from the date of issuance.
- RMA requests must be submitted through the BlackTraxStore.com Contact Us page. Please reference Invoice Number and Product Description:
Shipping Returned Item(s):
- All products must be returned in original condition including complete packaging, all documentation and all hardware.
- Include copies of packing slip and/or invoice from the original order.
- RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipped package.
- Shipping & handling must be prepaid by the customer.
